IN-STORE PURCHASES
Please inspect all products carefully before leaving the store as we cannot accept liability for damaged products / defects / spillages once the product has been removed from the store.
PAYMENT POLICY
( STORE / COURIER ORDER / DELIVERY ORDER )
No item will leave the premises before payment or proof of payment has been received.
SHIPPING POLICY
We deliver Nationwide by the following means:
- Courier Deliveries: We use couriers to safely deliver your order.
- Roof Rubber Deliveries: We use our own fleet of vehicles to safely deliver your order.
During ordering period we will discuss the options for delivery by courier or by our own fleet of vehicles.*
Delivery time – 1 to 4 working days*
DELIVERY / COURIER
If you are not entirely satisfied with the products upon receipt, please send an email to info@roofrubbersa.co.za within 24 hours of the time of taking delivery of the delivered with pictures and a description of the damages / reason for the complaint. Please note we will not be able to replace products after 24 hours have passed.
RETURN POLICY & EXCHANGE
All our items leaving our store have been inspected to ensure that the products are free from defects and that our clients receive the highest quality products. Should any defects arise during installation or the use of the product, that we are not aware of, please sent us an e-mail to info@roofrubbersa.co.za with a full description of defect and photos, and we will gladly assist.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer a 14-day Return & Exchange Policy on all items purchased. If you would like to return & exchange an item please notify us via email, info@roofrubbersa.co.za, and we will gladly assist.
We will return and exchange the product / item provided that the item is still completely sealed and in a condition free from:
- Damage and tampering
- Physical alterations
- Any other damages not mentioned here
- All promotional accessories are still attached / unused and sealed

Please present the slip / invoice for items purchased.
We will evaluate your request and if granted we will outline the options available for your request.
We reserve the right to refuse a return and exchange should you fail to comply with our returns policy.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees on any returns or exchanges are paid by you, the purchaser.
